Q: When will I be charged for my Teacher Sponsor Box?

A. You will be charged immediately upon placing your order. If you sign up for a subscription, your credit card will be automatically charged on the same day for each of 11 subsequent months. (i.e. If you purchase the box on December 12, your card will be charged on December 12, January 12, February 12, and so on.)

Q: Can I cancel my subscription?

A. Yes, simply go to My Account and follow the directions to unsubscribe. For best results, make sure to cancel your subscription at least 24 before the next payment is scheduled. Otherwise, your card may be accidentally charged.

Q. When will my Teacher Sponsor Box be shipped?

A. We will ship your box within 7 days of your first payment. For subscriptions, the box will be shipped usually during the first week of the month. You will always be able to see when your box has been shipped and find your tracking number in My Account. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.

Q: Can I return a Teacher Sponsor Box?

A: No, the Teacher Sponsor Box program is not designed to accept returns. We retain full discretion about what to include in the box so that we may give you the best product at the best value that is available at the time. We promise to ship items that are suitable for a teacher or classroom use. However, we cannot guarantee that the box will hold exactly what is pictured on the website. If you do not need or do not like something in your box, consider re-gifting it to a teacher in need. If your box arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so that we may make arrangements to replace the damaged contents.

Q: What if my address changes?

A: Unfortunately, we cannot change the address of a subscription. You will need to cancel your subscription, and resubscribe using the new address.
